Newsstand Presence
The Spring/Summer 09 Issue of Real Weddings, our 16th issue, has been in distribution since May 19th. Copies have been shipped to over 300 newsstand locations including most Chapters, Coles, Safeway, Shoppers Drug Mart, London Drugs, Save-On-Foods and Great Canadian Superstore locations across the Lower Mainland, the BC Interior and Vancouver Island.
Visual inspections of 50 newsstand locations have been completed and we have a good visual presence in the majority of chain newsstands. Our distributor – Disticor Magazine Distribution Services - reports our average sell through rate to be 45%.
Wedding Professional Distribution
The first round of distribution of the spring issue of Real Weddings #16 has now been completed. Over 170 locations have now received 6762 copies. Locations receiving copies include bridal boutiques, reception facilities, and major bridal registries such as The Bay, Sears and Home Outfitters. Advertising vendors also received copies to distribute to current and potential clients. Distribution services were provided by Novex Couriers, Greyhound Express and Canada Post.
Wedding Show Distribution
The spring issue of Real Weddings has been available for wedding shows since May 19th. Copies have been reserved for shows scheduled in July, October and September.
